Forest City Gymnastics Club began in 1976. We are a non-profit, parent run organization which depends on volunteers and fundraising to meet our commitment to provide quality gymnastics education to children at a reasonable cost. We offer recreational and competitive gymnastics programs for both boys and girls in a safe, fun and nurturing environment.
Our 8,000 sq.ft. facility is fully equipped with girls and boys gymnastics equipment, vault table, trampolines, resi-pit and tumbling floors. We have an enclosed observation area for parents and visitors who wish to view our programs. FCGC also offers change rooms for all athletes and locker facilities for our competitive athletes.

All of our coaches are nationally certified and will provide your child with excellent instruction. Gymnasts are grouped according to age and ability and are evaluated using Gymnastics Canada's CANGYM Level system.
Our gymnastics club has different levels of difficulty in order to meet each child's needs. Generally children start out in the recreational program to see if they like gymnastics. 2-3 times a year we offer an assessment day. Our competitive coaches encourage you to sign your child up for these assessments. They will assess the athletes' strength, flexibility, mental and physical abilities. After assessment day evaluations are mailed out which recommend where your child should be placed to achieve their goals to the best of their ability and at their own pace.
